Please first verify that the card has not expired and that no specific spending rules have been applied. Your card might be restricted to a particular retailer, timeframe, or geographic location. If you suspect there are spending rules, you can review them by returning to the original web link you received. Tap or click the 'Get Started' button, and then tap or click the refresh icon above the card image. On this same page, you can also check the expiration date to confirm the card is still active.
IN-STORE: If the purchase amount exceeds your available card balance, split the purchase into two separate transactions. Or, ask the cashier the exact amount to deduct from the digital card, then pay the remaining balance with a second form of payment. Please note, not all merchants are equipped to handle “split-tender” transactions.
ONLINE: Split-tender transactions are rare for online purchases. Contact the specific merchant directly for instructions on how to make a split tender purchase online.
The digital card does not require a PIN number for purchase. You can typically bypass it at the register or ask the cashier to bypass it. If you’re asked for a zip code, use your local zip code. If that doesn’t work, try 33701 as the zip code.
If you’re using the card online, a mobile device is not required. However, if you want to use the card in store, then a mobile device is required.
This card is a digital prepaid card that can be used at all major retailers wherever Visa or Mastercard is accepted. This card is not a coupon.
