A large retailer, adding ½ member per store per month, was struggling to acquire new loyalty customers through their in-store channel.
The Experience
SKUx executed a loyalty acquisition campaign in 15 select locations with in-store promotional signage.
The signage contained a QR code which customers scanned and signed up to receive communications from the retailer. In return, they received an instant digital promo code, which was sent directly to their phone – no app
or bank account needed. The reward was used to purchase anything in the store.
