ST. PETERSBURG, Fla., September 9, 2026 – SKUx, the leader in Verified Commerce™, today announced the appointment of Jay Loeffler as Chief Growth Officer. Loeffler joins the executive team during a period of rapid growth to scale the company’s Verified Commerce™ Offerings, advance commercialization, develop strategic distribution and channel partnerships, and drive the company’s next phase of market expansion.
SKUx is transforming the retail ecosystem by connecting digital value to real-world purchases with precise, item-level control. The company’s patented SKUPay® technology creates a modern transaction-intelligence layer above the point of sale, separating transaction execution from transaction intelligence. By moving eligibility rules, value funding and verification away from legacy POS systems, SKUx enables retailers and brands to replace fragmented coupon processes with secure, efficient and programmatic offers at scale.
Loeffler has been connected to SKUx since its founding, first as an early advisor and later as President and a member of its Advisory Board. In those roles, he helped commercialize the platform and establish relationships across the payments and commerce ecosystem.
“SKUx is at a pivotal point: the technology is ready to transform the retail ecosystem, and the market is demanding greater transparency, accountability and control,” said Jay Loeffler, Chief Growth Officer at SKUx. “Having been involved since its earliest days, I’ve seen the vision mature firsthand. Under Bobby Tinsley’s leadership, SKUx has the technology, team and culture to lead the next phase of Verified Commerce.”
“I have had the privilege of knowing Jay for many years and have seen him deliver at the highest level,” said Bobby Tinsley, CEO and co-founder of SKUx. “His deep understanding of our technology, proven ability to build growth engines and trusted relationships across retail, CPG, media and payments make him the right leader to help scale SKUx at this important moment.”
A Proven Retail, CPG and Growth Leader
Loeffler brings more than two decades of executive leadership across retail, consumer packaged goods (CPG), media and performance marketing. Before founding Off Piste Holdings, he spent approximately 20 years with Valpak and Clipp, ultimately serving as Chief Revenue Officer and Chief Sales Officer. He helped lead a commercial organization serving more than 65,000 advertisers across more than 160 markets.
During his tenure, Loeffler helped grow national revenue by more than 300%, build a mid-market agency team exceeding $150 million in contracted revenue and expand the organization beyond its traditional direct-mail foundation into digital media, connected television, data and performance-based marketing solutions. He also helped integrate the Valpak and Clipp commercial organizations and managed a P&L of more than $300 million.
Loeffler is the founder and owner of Off Piste Holdings, an operator-led advisory and investment company that partners with leadership teams and investors to turn growth opportunities into measurable execution. Its work spans go-to-market strategy, revenue operations, strategic partnerships, organizational development and enterprise-value creation across commerce, media, technology, marketing services and data-driven customer engagement. Loeffler holds an MBA in Marketing and Economics from the University of Tampa and is an AIPMM-certified product manager.
