Douglas has over 20 years’ experience working with enterprise companies such as Sam’s Club, and AAA – developing lifecycle management and loyalty programs. These roles required close partnerships with finance, merchandising and operations leaders.

Adept at both customer acquisition and retention business insights, Douglas has been responsible for customer mapping journeys and developing innovative strategies for profitable growth. He is a proven relationship management leader that drives content execution across direct and digital marketing campaigns. Douglas possesses a keen understanding of the importance of customer service and brand positioning, leading to numerous and successful contract consulting projects in the CPG and recreational industries.

Originally raised in Minnesota, he is still passionate about his Gophers, Vikings, and Twins! In his free time, Douglas is dedicated to serving his community, focusing on youth and the disenfranchised.
