She is recognized for her ability to build comprehensive risk and compliance frameworks that drive impactful business results, particularly through digital transformation.

Pawneet founded PARC Solutions LLC, a strategic advisory firm dedicated to aligning business operations and product offerings with regulatory standards. Under her leadership, the firm has led digital transformation initiatives, modernized technology use and skillfully balanced risk and security for clients. Additionally, as a former head of Financial Crimes Risk Management and Chief Compliance Officer, she has successfully guided businesses through regulatory requirements across diverse markets. Her previous leadership roles include compliance positions at CIT Group Inc., RBC Capital Markets and Morgan Stanley. 

Before joining the private sector, Pawneet served in intelligence and investigative roles with government agencies, including significant work with the Federal Bureau of Investigation on global terrorism cases.
